Chicks on Speed announce the death of the traditional album, long live free music distribution!
Chicks on Speed are experimenting, this time, with their future music output, to be released free online, on the first day of every month, from this day onwards, as an Open Source / Copy Left project. All songs will be given away over chicksonspeed.com and special selected blogs, giving fans and artists, the opportunity to download stems, create & post their remixes, opening up the chicks creative process, to greater discourse and further creative development.
The collection of 10 songs to be released over the next 10 months are produced by Phil Speiser, aka Dirty Disco Youth.
The Beat is Happening on hot nights, all over the world, all events are true, some names have been changed, some not!
C.O.S. are taking advantage of the positive side of this great digital era, by not having any companies between themselves and their fans.
